Lera was adopted also from Saratov, Russia and lived in the same orphanage where Vika lived. Ann had met Lera on her 2nd trip and was asked by the orphanage staff to find her a family. Ann did just that & was able to find a family for her within 2 months of coming home with Vika. Lera joined her family in MN and now has 2 older brothers and an older sister to call her own.
